Tyler Castle

Tcastle headshotTyler Castle is the program manager for Values & Capitalism. He is a graduate of Westmont College, a former John Jay Institute fellow and a former Values & Capitalism intern.

He is primarily interested in issues of society, faith and American politics; and has become convinced that America will only remain free if, at its base, it is supported by a virtuous civil society that highly values familial and communal life. Among the professors, family and friends who have shaped his thought, he has been influenced by St. Augustine, C.S. Lewis and Alexis de Tocqueville, to name a few.

Tyler enjoys reading fiction, playing and watching sports (and obnoxiously rooting for any team from his hometown of Denver), and direly misses the weather of Santa Barbara while he suffers through the stifling Washington summers.
