Faculty

Since 2012 Values & Capitalism has partnered with evangelical professors on a variety of campuses. The purpose of our collaboration is to:

  • Create a sustained presence for V&C on these campuses;
  • Share best practices and cutting-edge classroom tools to support classroom education; and
  • Provide a national forum for collaboration, idea-generation, and professional development.

ally 1. JOIN OUR ACADEMIC NETWORK

We invite you to sign up to receive regular updates about V&C programs and resources, access to free books and electronic resources, and opportunities to apply for support/funding for student Executive Council initiatives (in the past, this has come in the form of campus mini-grants). You commit to reading one or more of our mini-books; to exploring ways to use these resources to support your teaching; and to supporting the project—perhaps as a student mentor, or by identifying talented students to recommend for project events. Interested? Please fill out this brief form.

resources2. EXCLUSIVE FACULTY RESOURCES AND PLATFORM

Members of the V&C Academic Network receive access to a private online platform that features: free access to electronic V&C classroom resources, a directory of network members, a forum for discussion (about substantive issues, opportunities, events, and more), a calendar of events, and a photo gallery. Members can access the platform here.

facultystudentgrant3. RECEIVE FUNDING/SUPPORT FOR STUDENT INITIATIVES

Since 2013 AEI has been awarding mini-grants to student-faculty groups on Christian college campuses, to support and advance free enterprise-promotion initiatives on campus. Here are examples of projects from 2013-14. Going forward, we will award funding on a rolling basis through student Executive Councils, which partner with faculty members to sponsor events and activities on their campuses.
